This PTR has it’s good points and bad points, to begin with the positive it has a low $3 payout (albeit from personal earnings). This is great but when you consider that average earnings are around $0.30 a month it will take the best part of a year to reach this. There is not really much else to say, this PTR needs to increase it’s earnings through whatever means if it wants to be successful. We wish it (and all schemes) the best of luck with becoming a successful business but in it’s current state we cannot and will not recommend it, although it could be worse.
